This Meal Timing Tracker is intended to help you gather more information around your daily inputs with a focus on:
- Frequency of meals
- Length of meals- # of minutes taken to eat
- Time of Day
- Digestion, mood, etc after eating
Many people focus heavily on macros, calories, and whether what they eat is “right”. We find that how and when you eat is an often overlooked component of intake and may be impacting your digestive health, mood, and energy more than what you eat. For this reason we often ask clients to track their timing before making any dietary input changes.
