Join us for weekly Animal Flow Sessions in December!
Weekly Sessions run on:
Wed & Fri Intermediate at 11:00AM-12:00PM EST/EDT – Starts Dec 7th
Monday Beginner at 11:00AM- 12:00PM – Starts Dec 5th
Registration is required at least 48 hours before the first class date. If you are late to register, please email us directly and we will try to accommodate if there is space but we cannot promise we will get your msg if it is sent after 7am on the day of.
The Animal Flow system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and endurance. These semi-private sessions will guide you through progressions appropriate for your skill level to get you moving safely and effectively. Over the course of 4 weeks you will drill movements and build flows that can be used as further homework to practice on your own in between.
These classes are limited to 5 participants to ensure you get direct coaching feedback required to hone your skill & improve your wellbeing. Upon purchase, we will be in touch within 24hours on weekdays with a link to access the video sessions and instructions to make the process smooth for you.
These session series are for you if you’d like to try out Animal Flow or refine your existing skillset, increase your bodyweight knowledge, feel better, build endurance, and move more fluidly.
