Join us for weekly May Animal Flow Sessions with Master Instructor Rosh!
All classes have a strong focus on Level 1 movements within the Animal Flow system. As such, they are great for new and experienced movers alike.
Weekly Sessions run on:
Monday Beginner at 11:00AM- 12:00PM- Starts May 3rd
Wednesday & Friday Intermediate at 11:00AM-12:00PM- Starts May 5th
The Animal Flow system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and endurance. These semi-private sessions will guide you through progressions appropriate for your skill level to get you moving safely and effectively. Over the course of 4 weeks you will drill movements and build flows that can be used as further homework to practice on your own in between.
These classes are limited to 4 participants to ensure you get direct coaching feedback required to hone your skill & improve your wellbeing. Upon purchase, we will be in touch within 24hours on weekdays with a link to access the video sessions and instructions to make the process smooth for you.
These session series are for you if you’d like to try out Animal Flow or refine your existing skillset, increase your bodyweight knowledge, feel better, build endurance, and move more fluidly.
