Friday Intermediate Drop-ins run at 7:00AM – 8:00AM EST
The weekly Friday “Intermediate” class is ideal for those with previous Animal Flow experience or those who would like to refine their basics further.
The Animal Flow system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and endurance. Each session will guide you through progressions appropriate for your skill level to get you moving safely and effectively.
Every session runs as a drop-in small group class: Registrations are based on a first come first served basis and each purchase is valid for one session. These classes are limited to 5 participants to ensure you get direct coaching feedback required to hone your skill & improve your wellbeing.
Upon purchase, we will be in touch with a link to access the video session and instructions to make the process smooth for you. If you want to try out Animal Flow, increase your bodyweight knowledge, feel better, and move more fluidly, or get a technique check, these classes are for you!
