This shift away from our natural patterns is a major contributor to most modern afflictions, from joint stiffness and nagging injuries, to depressed metabolic function and loss of ease with formerly simple daily tasks.

Trying to overcome the physical (and mental) demands of a desk-job’s static postures with a few trips to the gym a week or counter-act the physical strains associated with high level sports can seem overwhelming. Health Coaches from Toronto, Canada, Freyja, Dain and Rosh have over three decades of combined experience in the health and fitness industry with expertise ranging from movement quality & injury rehabilitation to body recomposition & performance.

Health Coach

Freyja, Dain and Rosh have competed within various sports from young ages (endurance & strength alike). As a result of sport, training, and life, they have also succumbed to injuries and understand the profound effect it can have on your life, wellbeing, mental health, and ease. From every injury come humbling lessons: the concept of Move Daily was founded 12 years ago to help others improve overall wellbeing and prevent or recover from pain. Everyone deserves to live a pain free life without fear of movement.

I met Freyja as a young figure skater with a broken hip and worked with her throughout my skating career, numerous sports injuries/rehabs, cross-country moves, and eventually a shift from competitive figure skating to rowing.
While skating, I struggled with disordered eating patterns and in working with Dain, completely changed my relationship with food.
Today I’m in the best physical shape of my life and I owe my early successes in rowing to the work I have been able to do with Freyja and Dain; they have been the support team I have always been able to fall back on.
